Fun Starts Here
Christian Science permeates every aspect of the program at Camp Bow-Isle. From Bible Lesson Study and metaphysical sharing before activities to praying about a specific situation and meeting with the Journal-listed practitioner at camp, every camper and staff member is learning more about their relationship with God during their time at camp.
Our youth programs are broken down by age and gender, with Junior Girls and Junior Boys (ages 8-13) running simultaneously at the beginning of July, followed by Senior Boys and Senior Girls (ages 13-17), which also run simultaneously. We also offer a co-ed skills week program in August (ages 13-17).
Adult and Family offerings include our 6-day Family Camp sessions, a 20s/30s week focused on a 3-4 day out trip, an adult camp for artists and adventurers, and men's and women's weekend retreats.
Youth camp
Each youth session includes a variety of camp activities, delicious meals, camp duties, Sunday School and testimony meetings. For the two-week junior session, campers take a one-night outstrip on Bowen Island. Senior campers go on a four-day trip off the island to a beautiful . For Senior campers, Surf Camp is a one-week program focused on surfing in Vancouver Island's iconic surf town of Tofino.

We are one big family! Singles, couples, and families of all sizes and ages are welcome to attend family camp. You are welcome to participate in as many or as few activities as you'd like while you enjoy the beautiful scenery, delicious food, and joyful company.

There’s no end to the fun and exciting activities we do here at Camp Bow-Isle. Most are right here at camp, but sometimes we go elsewhere on the island, or even take the ferry off the island for senior out trips and adult programs.

Financial Assistance
