Programs

Fun Starts Here
Christian Science permeates every aspect of the program at Camp Bow-Isle. From Bible Lesson Study and metaphysical sharing before activities, to praying about a specific situation and meeting with the Journal-listed practitioner at camp, every camper and staff member is learning more about their relationship with God during their time at camp.
Our programs are broken down by age and gender, with Junior Girls and Senior Girls during one half of the summer, and Junior Boys and Senior Boys during the other half. At the end of the summer we have two one-week session of Family Camp. Financial assistance is available for ALL of our programs.

Camp Activities
There’s no end to the fun and exciting activities we do here at Camp Bow-Isle. Most are right here at camp, but sometimes we go elsewhere on the island, or even take the ferry off the island for senior outtrips.

Youth Programs
Each youth session lasts two weeks and includes a variety of camp activities, delicious meals, camp duties, Sunday School and testimony meetings. Junior campers also take a one-night outstrip on Bowen Island, and Senior campers go on a four-day trip off the island. For Senior campers, Skills Week is a one-week program focused on one or two skills unique to Squamish, Whistler, or Vancouver Island. (See Camp Activities for more information.)
